Randolph is alive year round with a bunch of activities and get-togethers! The calendar below contains many of the events taking place in and around town. Please add your own event using the Add Event button below. For municipal meetings and other town business please consult the Town of Randolph website

  • Christmas Tree lighting ceremony (December)
  • First Fridays on Main Street and Merchants Row (summer)
  • Annual Furniture/Yard Sale at Bethany Chapel (June)
  • Independence Day parade through downtown (July 4)
  • New World Festival at Chandler Center for the Arts (September)
  • Gear House contributes to Slab Bike event every summer, as well as the Circus Ride Gravel Race, Peavine Whitewater Race, Braintree Bluegrass Brunch Rides, and three weekly group rides through the season

Juxtaposition, features the work of 22 regional artists working in mixed media, including collage, uncollage, assemblage, installations, prints and stamps. Join us for an opening reception with complimentary refreshments and a chance to meet the artists, Sat 9/14 • 5-7pm.

Show curator David Powell writes “A juxtaposition is an act or instance of placing two elements close together or side by side to compare the two. The artists in this show have various objects with opportunities to have contrasting concepts in parallel structures. The matching of objects alters or adds to the original meaning of those concepts and reveals surprising relationships.”

Violet Crimes:
Hailing from Burlington, Vermont, female-fronted Violet Crimes fuses punk rock and melodic hardcore, earning fans with their driving, hard-hitting rhythms, and ear-catching hooks. Drawing inspiration from old school influences like Descendents/All, Dag Nasty, and Off, they’ve also drawn comparisons to Hüsker Dü, The Gits and Naked Agression. Their first EP, Fighting Words, was released on July 26 and is available on all streaming platforms. The band’s feminist anthem “Ledbetter” was featured on Liberty or Death Record’s 2023 compilation “Women in Punk.”
