The Women’s Adventure Film Tour is a celebration of the inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure. Every year, our selection of unique films is carefully chosen to show awesome women achieving their personally adventurous goals.
**Beginner/Mid-level Adult Wheel Class** Tuesdays 6:00-8:30PM | March 12 - April 16 Taught by Stephanie Tyler A 6-week series that introduces and explores the skills needed to produce pottery on the potter’s wheel. Students will be taught basic throwing, trimming, and glazing skills that they will explore throughout the 6 weeks with group and personalized instruction.

Pieces range from hand-dyed techniques, felting, wool hooking, weavings, sculpture, mixed media, jewelry, embroidery, sewing, yarn arts, printmaking, botanical works, basketry, caning, and more. Our goal is to create a sumptuous visual feast in the Chandler Gallery––a place where you can go to escape the dreary winter weather and be surrounded by colors and textures. The Chandler Center for the Arts is located at 71 North Main Street in Randolph, VT. When an exhibit is running, the gallery hours are: Tues-Fri 11-4, Saturday 12-5, and during all Chandler events. Look for the open flag. Trichromancy will be on display at the Chandler from Feb 3rd until March 16th.

**Beginner/Mid-level Adult Hand-Building Class** Thursdays 6:00-8:30PM | March 14 - April 18 Taught by Clare O'Shaughnessy Instructor Clare O'Shaughnessy will be teaching a 6 week course that introduces and explores coil building, slabs, molds and so much more! Students will meet every Thursday 6-830 at the studio to create with the assistance of the instructor and have access to Open Studio hours on the weekend. Class Tuition is $225/student and includes one 25lb bag of clay and firing of work produced. Additional clay can be purchased if desired. Ages 16+
Each session meets once a week and runs for 4 consecutive weeks following the OSSD school calendar (March 14, 21, 28, and April 4). Cost is $100/student. All materials included and students will get to bring home their pottery after the last firing (approximately 1-2 weeks after the last class). Recommended for ages 7+ Tuition - $100/student Students can be bussed to the studio from Braintree and Randolph Elementary schools. Within walking distance for Randolph Union High School.
